Maternity photography is such a beautiful way to capture the start of your journey in motherhood. Whether its your first or fourth child. Every preganancy is different, every pregnancy is a magical time of transformation and connection. Emma and Callum had got in touch with via my facey b page The Little Stories and booked in for an In Home Newborn Session and happened to ask if I offer Belfast maternity photography as well. The answer is a resounding YES and lets get your story captured!
Emma and Callum chose a beautiful Autumnal afternoon to stroll around the gorgeous Ormeau park in Belfast to document this beautiful moment in their story. We kept it really casual and relaxed, letting their love and joy do the talking. And thoe colours! We were pretty spoilt for backdrops and I took full advantage of them. Emma and Callum were so amazing to work with, up for every random idea that popped into my head. And it was just really clear they were totally up for creativity, totally in love and trusted me to capture them beautfully.
We met dogs friends, braved the mud and went off the beaten track. Most importantly we captured stunning images of this pivotal moment in their lives. A session filled with giggles, bright eyed excitement and amazement all in a chilled out setting with relaxed vibes. No pressure, no crazy posing. Just Emma and Callum and they are. In love and waiting to meet their little one.
Your Maternity Session
Maternity session are different every time, for each mother, each couple. My job as a photographer is to artistically reflect you. So no session is the same, you are all wonderfully individual and each moment in unique. I capture that. Some mothers enjoy a pregnancy photoshoot on their own, some have husbands and kids join in, some want to celebrate their body with semi nudes, some want cosy jumpers and woodland walks. Your session is all about you and your incredible body, the life you are creating.
