Belfast Newborn Photographer | Baby Sophies Newborn Photoshoot
What a crazy year 2020 was. A Newborn Photoshoot is such a huge part of my business and life, it felt so strange not to be around and gorgeous, squshy, wriggling newborn babies for months and months. As soon as lockdown restrictions were lifted here in Northern Ireland I was inundated with requests for newborn photoshoots. It made my heart sing to be doing what I love again. Meeting new people, documenting precious moments and creating stunning pieces of art for families to treasure.
Sophies parents had got in touch nice and early in July 2020 to book their newborn photoshoot, which we love. And after the little lady keeping is waiting we got our session in September. I always discuss style and props with my newborn photoshoot clients and we went for a really simple, neutral theme. Timeless photographs. No headbands or florals. But beautiful muted pinks, earthy neutral tones, vintage textures and sweet bunnies (from her grandparents) as props. This really allowed baby Sophie to be the shining star in the images. And as you can see from her gallery selection below, she was a total gem. I smile everytime I see her sleepy little face, completely out for the count.
